CNDRA Director General Conducts Routine Staff Monitoring Visit to National Public Library

Monrovia, Liberia — As part of his regular efforts to promote staff accountability and ensure effective service delivery, the Director General of the Center for National Documents and Records Agency (CNDRA), Hon. D. Nelson Bearngar, has paid a routine monitoring visit to the National Public Library.

The visit is part of the Director General’s regular working practice of moving through various offices, departments, and sections of the Agency from Monday to Friday to ascertain staff presence and ensure that employees are actively reporting for duty.

During the latest visit to the National Public Library, the Director General interacted with staff and observed the level of attendance and operations at the facility.

Although the Agency has established systems, including staff sign-in procedures and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) mechanisms, Hon. Bearngar continues to personally visit offices and sections as an additional measure to strengthen accountability, discipline, and productivity across the institution.

His routine monitoring visits demonstrate the administration’s emphasis on staff presence, commitment to duty, and the effective delivery of services to the public.

The CNDRA Director General has repeatedly stressed the importance of professionalism, punctuality, and teamwork in achieving the Agency’s institutional goals and improving public service delivery.
