Cabinet Secretariat Begins 2026 Mid-Year Performance Review at National Archives
Monrovia, September 3, 2026: The Office of the Cabinet Secretariat of Liberia has begun reviewing the 2026 Performance Management Compliance System mid-year review at the Center for National Documents and Records Agency, also known as the National Archives.
The National Archives last year, 2025, was among about thirty performing government institutions in Liberia that were certified under the Performance Management system introduced by the government of President Joseph N. Boakai Sr.
The Performance Management Compliance System is a government-wide framework introduced under President Joseph Boakai to make ministries, agencies, commissions, and other public institutions more result-oriented, accountable, and transparent and focus on service delivery.
It was formally launched in October 2024 and is managed through the cabinet secretariat or the office of the cabinet.
The initiative, which takes place on Thursday, is a day-long exercise intended to review key aspects of the agency's performance for the mid-year.
